Frequently asked questions about pricing
What's the actual difference between Starter and Plus?
Two things, and they change how you work: avatar chat (ask an avatar your questions directly, 50 messages a month) and creative validation (submit an image or a script, the avatar tells you what grabs attention and what falls flat, 5 times a month). Starter gives you the diagnosis; Plus lets you use it before you spend on ads. Difference: €11/month.
What can Sondeo analyze in creative validation?
Three types: an image (ad visual, banner, post), a script or text (hook, email, sales page pasted in) and, Pro plan only, a product page URL. Sondeo doesn't analyze video — that's not a feature of the product, on any plan.
What happens if I hit a quota mid-month?
That feature pauses until renewal, and you see the exact date your counter resets. The rest of your plan keeps working normally. You can also upgrade: your new quotas apply immediately, no need to wait for the next cycle.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, both ways. Upgrading applies new quotas immediately and Stripe prorates the charge. Downgrading keeps your current plan active until the end of the paid period, then the new plan's quotas take over.
If I downgrade, do I lose my projects?
No. No data is ever deleted. If you have more projects than your new plan allows, the extra ones become read-only: you can still view them, export their PDF and share their link. You choose which ones to reactivate if you upgrade again.
I'm already subscribed, does my price change?
No. If you're on Starter at €24 or Pro at €79 (legacy pricing), you keep your current price and terms as long as your subscription stays active. New pricing only applies to new subscriptions.
What does "2 months free" on annual actually mean?
You pay for 12 months upfront with a 20% discount. In practice: Starter €230.40 instead of €288, Plus €336 instead of €420, Pro €1,142.40 instead of €1,428.
